Latvia always sending a very specific and unique music... I like that they are not trying to be like others... they are just doing on their own way! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
All of Latvia's best entries are written by Aminata (2015,2016, 2020). Latvia should involve her in the song writing process every time. Good thing she is once again working with Samanta Tina on her song for 2021.
Ah, but you see guys, what happened to Latvia, was Aminata.....as well as coming 6th in 2015, she wrote Justs song the following year and guess who co-wrote Samanta Tina's entry this year?......yep, none other than Aminata.....she has single handedly raised Latvia's profile in Eurovision.... 👏👏👏
oh , toy you like the 2000 s song, me too , im not the only crazy guy that like that song haha i torture to my boyfriend with that song he hate it,, hahaha thank u for another funny video,,a big huge
well 2021 will literally be a jaw opener Samanta does a 5 episode documentary on her journey to Rotterdam but my God the song is AMAZING '' The QUEEN OF THE NIGHT IS COMING, THE BLOOD MOON IS RISIIIING'' ps Hi from Riga, Latvia
Choir BALSIS from Latvia. The Youth Choir BALSIS has participated at the World Choir Games, and won gold in the folk music category and silver in the chamber choir category at the 2010 World Choir Games in Shaoxing, China.[2]
Unfortunately, Latvia usually doesn't qualify when it send something kinda amateurish/positive/soulful in a good way (2011, 2013, 2014, 2017) while, for example, neighbor Lithuania almost always qualifies or is very close to qualifying with literally every kind of songs. My opinion is quite opposite, I don't like that much Lithuanian entries for some reason and like Latvian, especially Angel in Disguise (2011), Here We Go (2013), Cake to Bake (2014), Line (2017) have great special places in my heart (especially 2014, televoters actually agree with me, it was killed only by the juries). No polishing, no cliches, just good mood, it always makes us smile :) But the best here is of course Samanta!
You wack. Sure Cake song ain't bad but it ain't no good for Eurovision or someting like that, it sounds like a song for kids. I still don't understand how and why was it sent to Eurovision. oh You mention Samanta, well Samanta Tīna - Stay was waaaaaaaaaaay better than the Cake song, but it got 3rd place on Dziesma 2014 and wasn't sent to Eurovision. Like what a hell :@
@@enemy1191 Samanta had even bigger problem with the English pronunciation then, so I'm not sure about her) The fact that some song is "childish" doesn't make it bad or inappropiate for the singer or the contest. Don't put yourself in the box with all these rules like "only serious songs for the big serious contest", be simpler. And Cake to Bake is a kind of parable, the lyrics are not childish and not senseless
@@escserg6731 Those are the only two songs that i remembered because i didn't watched Dziesma 2014 only saw a little bit, but now when i look back, there were other better songs than that Cake song. Even Aminata was there with good song. Sure don't send serious song, but come on, i rather listen to that Pirate song on a loop than two times of that Cake song.
Sorry! We are doing only countries that are participating in Eurovision 2021. If we have energy left by the end of it we will do all the other countries.🥰
I think your brain doesnt work. Because the war is not ower not cheese. Have you seen the lyrics and the meaning of it? And i dont agree with you about Aminata writting most of the songs. Plus this is not fair. Some of tham can be cheesy but many songs were underrated. You guys really dont have a music taste. Sorry but thats my opinion.
