Hi CC, a very enjoyable walk around Saddleville, followed by a lovely ride over the moor. It really looks amazing when the weather is like it has been over there, not what you would imagine Bodmin Moor would look like at all ! Inhospitable ? Nah, bloody lovely mate ! Thanks Garry, you write the nicest comments. Wish other folk would make the effort! I watched your Nijar video earlier, so will pop on over to comment on that one. We finally had rain yesterday after nearly six weeks of incessant sunshine, not normal for Cornwall at all!

Pity it was spoiled by ignorant tourists. I took all that out, maybe one day I'll do a reel of outtakes, showing what really happens at these beauty spots.

You were lucky to get to park in the bike bay. There’s often a car in it 🤷🏻‍♂️ You were very close to the priory ruins behind the church. Not that there’s a great deal left to see. I love the maze of lanes on Bodmin Moor 🙂👍🏼

Behaviour of some tourists was disgusting. Frenchman disturbed all the Cattle around the river, just so he could get a shot on his iPad. Left out the bit where I shouted at him to get back as it kinda ruined the tranquil picture I was trying to convey. I must go back and explore properly.

Somewhat confused by yr Arthurs Hall vid. The inset picture showed the hall but yr actual video was not near it. Have squintbon an OS map. To get to it you need to walk about half a mile across the moor. That is as close as the road gets to the "...hall". It is enclosed by a fence.
