I have looked at numerous videos on the review of this Code reader And still none of the videos have walked through doing an actual maintenance interval reset. You literally skipped right over in this video
Maintenance interval resets (Ex. oil reset, transmission oil reset) doesn’t use/need a code reader. All auto manufacturers have a pre-determined set of buttons on the steering wheel/radio controls to reset those intervals. The code reader in this video helps decipher what issues arise on your vehicle (ex. Reading check engine lights and explains the issue, tells real time analytics like rpm, voltage from battery, engine temperature) Hope that helps!
@@rammiq absolutely, correct you are sir, and I know 9/10 of them. I am familiar with all the maintenance interval resets manually simple or difficult, but if I want the ability to reset them electronically it is convenient at times to do it that way instead. Which is part of the reason I am looking at a little quick scanner like this. And also it is part of the reason I was looking at reviews on it. But like I said, out of all the reviews no one looks into that. Thanks for the reply anyways.
