"Made to Thrive" outlines the five key roles that a leader must undertake to transition from being a good leader to being a great leader. Those five roles are accountability, ambassador, culture, strategy, and succession planning.

Today, we're gonna go back to the first question on the first page of the book.
How to be effective? That's every leader's challenge.
Either consciously or sub-consciously, the question you are asking yourself is, how can I make my potential count for the most in this world of effort?
Throughout this book and this video series, I've tried to help you become more effective and to help your potential count for more.
This book is based on my experience and aligns with one of the largest management studies ever conducted, which is still running and started in 2002. Which ascertains that great results are directly correlated with competent management practices.
The problem is that many leaders don't know how to push outside their comfort zone to push into competent management practices and to do their job better and become more effective to create these great results.
These great results are higher percentage of top performers, higher retention rates, higher productivity, consistent growth, and consistent results.
Today's launch day, and the book becomes officially available.
