no matter how you get there, that's all that matters...def not like driving on solid ground..LOL!

It is a 2012 175TF. I now wish I had waited a year as they moved the rear live well door, so it is inset into the frame and not on the edge of the frame where you have to keep it closed with a snap-on button. They also made the rear door that accesses the batteries much wider. It's gonna be a hassle to take out the batteries with the 2012 model.

No pre-exsisting wires. You have to connect wires to an open slot on the fuse box under the dash. I set up my front depth finder by getting some wires (2 wires connected together, can't remember the gauge size) at the local hardware store. It is easy connecting the wires to the fuse box and putting a fuse in for that slot. The problem will be running the wire to the front. I ended up running the wires under the side rails and holding the wire in place using some cut up small pieces of foam (can prob using something else to hold in place. I also connected a USB power source that came preset with the wires through Amazon. Just have to decide to either connect to the starting or trolling motor battery. Congrats on your new boat!

yep, I hit one of the guides while loading and it shifted. I found that the rear and center guides are enough, just keep the rear guides just above the water when loading. The z18 may center load a lot easier than the 175, so the method may be a little different. Unless, the trailers are set up the same...
