Launch of Phase II of the COBIA initiative 

Phase II of the COBIA initiative, which aims to improve the management of environmental risks related to the offshore oil and gas industry in West Africa, was launched in the presence of all stakeholders and the press. The PRCM is coordinating this project which covers Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea Bissau and Sierra Leone.
