Hi this is inspiring thank you, i want to ask how long does it take to make an order and send it. Actually I was working this way, but it takes me long time to make orders especially when they're in different sizes you can't cut at once, so it takes time to make each, and they get nervous and may cancel the order. How can I make it to pre order because I switched to making a quantity but it always ends up to have one or 2 pieces in stock that don't want to be sold out.

If depends these sets take me around 4 hours to sew after I had already cut them out and had the patterns ready in each size to I can save time and then I charge for my time materials plus 50%. I usually only make what is ordered I haven’t had anyone cancel on me before only maybe a return after they received it and didn’t fit or so but I always put a disclaimer saying how long it’s gonna take to receive the item and if someone were to cancel on me I would just put the ready made size on my website and try to promote it as much as possible until it sells
