Laungewala yudh sthala is a war memorial site in Rajasthan, where the Indian Army and Air Force fought a heroic battle against the Pakistani forces in the 1971 war. In this video, I will take you to the place where history was made, and show you the remains of the Pakistani tanks and vehicles that were destroyed by the Indian soldiers and pilots. I will also tell you the story of how a small company of 120 Indian troops, led by Major Kuldip Singh Chandpuri, defended the border post of Longewala against a massive attack of 2,000-3,000 Pakistani soldiers and 40 tanks. You will also see the museum and the temple that commemorate the bravery and sacrifice of the Indian forces. This is a place where every Indian should visit at least once in their lifetime, to pay tribute to the heroes who protected our nation.
