When she sings, the sounds come free from her, she does not press, she lets her flow and therefore she can spare her voice. For very high notes such as "Nessum Dorma", the last recording, she does not push the sound out, but puts it on top, so it sounds better and more stable. She sings liberated, you can tell by the fact that she can concentrate completely on the phrasing and in the crescendo she can sing without any effort. I admire her for that, because there are singers who are much older than her and they are not. And that is why you can observe with her that she sometimes can not understand how good she is and that is a divine gift!

Laura does not just sing the song, she LIVES it !!! Her voice, laden with emotions, cannot fail to tuck at your heart-strings; I just wish there would have been a translation of the text, it would given us a chance to follow her body language. Moreover, the acoustics could have been better balanced - it was in favor of the orchestra - in my humble opinion. I, too, saw Laura on the talent show and I commented then that she and her mother looked very much alike which, going the long way around, is saying that we are listening to a beautiful young lady with a gripping voice.
