Haven't been to Value Village/ Savers in a few months! I know their prices stink but my usual thrift stores weren't open today :( ----- at least I found some cool stuff!

Retroblasting is my FAVORITE RU-vid channel of ALL-time. So Michael giving props to Laura gave me a whole new respect for her! I've watched many of her videos, and her channel seems to be very charming and light-hearted (NOT a diss, that's actually really good thing.) But to know that she was essentially among the first (if not THE first) to call out Mattel and support those in the toy collecting community...said so much about her! 👏👏 And I still hear her little song in my head 🎶We don't talk about Mattel. No...no...no. We don't talk about Mattel.🎶 👍😅 (And I checked Mattel's stock, and even though I'm no expert, it looks like it has been falling noticeably even moreso than usual since they have been called out!)

I love thrift stores ! Here in England, I've found many a gem rummaging through their toy sections. Usually the old lady store manager has no idea the significance or true value of some of the stuff on sale and you can bag some great stuff for cheap .. I have many star wars figures and lightsabers that I picked up for next to nothing... Love your channel ❤️💖

The packy dinosaur was my favorite item and of course I loved Odie's reaction to the flute/recorder. My local thift stores sell all the interesting toys on eBay so we don't have a cool selection to shop through. Still great video and a live shopping trip would be awesome. Hoping to be legendary one day.

Laura, you have such a neat, tidy, well maintained home! Which means you're even more insane than I originally thought 😉 As for the hand sanitizer, yeah, sometimes that stuff is practically toxic! A while ago I used some at a university I was working at and that crap REALLY dried out my hands!!! The irony was that I was at a medical university. Wonder if maybe you cleaned the leads in the battery case or checked to see if the wiring in your new dino-friend was frayed somewhere would help it become even more 'active.' Then you could maniacally shout, 'IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE!!!!' Bonus points if you know what movie that's from!

We were cleaning out old stuff and getting rid of old perfume from my grandma's place and accidentally broke one of them in the garage..oh man.it was bad and hilarious.i could compare it to when a gallon of vinager spilt on me and I wore the same jumpsuit all night doing demo work..good times!

if it has some dents or scratches you can ask manager for a discount, they are non profit and try to make any and every dollar possible. Discounts are available at majority of thrift stores

I’m having a hard time accepting anyone but Tim Allen as Buzz Lightyear. The thing that looked like a digital pair of goggles.I think it’s a video game where you’re either a jet or submarine and The buttons are for movement and weapons I like the live stream in a thrift store idea. I’ve done that on my own channel and it’s fun.

I LOVE hunting at Savers by us! I've found some amazing and unexpected vintage toys very, very cheap there over the years. Goodwil up here is okay, but the Savers stores near me are very off the charts in terms of what's available and being inexpensive.

I went to my local collectables shop on Sunday and found a holy grail that I've been looking for for a long time it happened to cost $27 plus $13 shipping on ebay and that same figure was loose and the stores cashier sold it to me for a $1 I could not pass on that steal.

Laura, the mystery button is the " walk button " and pressing it, should make the Dinosaur walk. The other button, ( no surprise ) is the " roar button " and pressing it, makes the Dinosaur roar! :)
