For the last song Johnny Flynn & Marika Hackman join Laura on stage for a cover of Steely Dan's "Dirty Work" at Lincoln Hall, Chicago, 7/29/15. Laura mentioned that their "boss guitar player" didn't make the tour, visa problem, but they had figured it out for this song. Rock on Marika! Johnny Flynn on trumpet!

i remember listening to this when i was in high school, i'm 23 and (amongst many things) writing a lot of songs. thx marling for making me learn how to play a lot of songs

The only issue I have with this (scene) is that it sounds like the graduate performance from the Hogwarts school of music. What mean is, posh folk folk. Nevertheless, there is undoubted talent, definitely from Johnny but where are the working class kids in the English music scene these days? Surly not all of them are trying to rap.
