She owns my attention whenever she's performing. I can't look away, I can't stand interruptions. She is so rare, and it's a shame that the world is so infatuated with overproduced pop ditties when raw purity and passion like this exists.

A lot of people are saying it sounds like Famous Blue Raincoat, but I think it's even more like "A Singer Must Die". The melodies the same, and it even contains the lyric "night after night". I think this is actually supposed to be a homage to that song, or to Leonard Cohen in general.
