It's a shame that they couldn't get that Robin Hood movie financed. It was Stan Laurel's wish to make a Robin Hood in 1953. If not for a changing movie business and Oliver's health at the time, we could have had a few more Laurel and Hardy pictures well into the fifties.
The boys also wanted to perform on a Brittish radio sit com,where they travel to The Moon(Tony Hawes,who would marry Stan's daughter:Lois years later co-wrote the pilot script)and they were planning to write,produce and perform in their own mini series of filmed color tv specials.But,as they say..it just wasn't to be.
stan et ollie étaient irrésistibles tellements drôles et tellements talentueux sympathiques et humbles. Dans le mondes du cinéma de l époque comme aujourd'hui ils a tellements de vaniteux avec égo surdimensionné. Stan et ollie sont de grands hommes en 2023 jamai égalés et ne le seront jamais
Le phénomène laurel et hardy en 1932 ce considéraient comme de simples comiques ils ont été abasourdis quand ils ont vu leurs impactent aux près du publics en faitent ils étaient les rois du rires absoluts et dans le mondes . Stan et ollie éternels et intemporels pour des siecles.
