She grew up in Detroit so there is a side to her that is urban but she apparently has also traveled some. As for her speaking over Cameron, he apparently does not mind. He does not appear to be someone who is unable to speak up for himself if he is offended. I've been married a long time (19 years) to a man of a different color. There are times when your partner annoys you or you don't want to be touched or kissed but it does not mean that you are disgusted by them, feel guilty for marrying them, or ashamed of them. She does kiss, touch, and proclaim him as her husband in this video so I don't think she feels any of those things.
