She is basically saying that even when she was at the scene of her son's "assassination", the spirits (of traditional African cultures) did not show her a murder. They showed her a transition. When she says "we are all spiritual beings having a human experience" she means that, at our core, we are only energy. Without our basic physical senses (taste, touch, sight, smell, sound) we would not be capable of interpreting and perceiving our world in which we exist. When we pass away, our bodies expire, but our spirit lives on. In that moment, at the crime scene, she witnessed the evidence of her son's "rebirth." She saw grief and anger in those around her (Nipsey's friend and that woman with the big breasts) but instead of allowing those negative emotions to control them, she laid hands on them and allowed her positive energy to chase those "evil spirits" away. Not because they weren't authentic, but because they did not belong there. She is still grieving, which we see very clearly in this clip, but she is not mourning her son's death. She is celebrating his life. To put it simply.
