@@brucecollins4729 Hamish and Christy Moore's version is how the song should be sung. They manage to bring the beauty out of both the lyrics and the tune. I personally find hearing hearing this song sung by a female singer strange - but Cara Dillon does a lovely job with the song. The rest have taken the song and interpreted in a way that doesn't even sound remotely like the same song - and that includes Simone.
