The sale is fake. On 15th June (Sale day) the sale start time was 12pm. I tried from one min before start of sale and until 1 pm, the phone was always out of stock. It's a scam to artificially show that Lava Agni 2 is in high demand

Regarding lava service I experienced it so when I got my Agni 2 after 2-3 days I had some battery issues so I contact lava care and I very happy to see that they have a separate 2 no line for Agni 2 coustomers the call was picked up immediately and they arenged a technical which was coming to my home next day it checks my phone overall I am very happy with the service and also they called me continuously 3 days after the technician visit to check everything is fine and got multiple call from campany to check everything is ok and also I tweeted my issue and I got call from there there social media department so overall I am very happy with the service and also the technician told me that campany has allocated 500 unit's of Agni 2 for my state haryana

Regarding bugs fixed with software update nothing is the perfect example when the phone 1 was launched it has many bugs but at that no one was talking about and over the time it got fixed with software update similarly when lava launched a phone a like this it got point out by everyone for there software and I hope that lava should fix this bugs with software update
