I’ve tried a cheese tart from uncle tetsu before but I didn’t know it was called a Hokkaido cheese tart! The taste you described is exactly what I had when I ate the tart. I can’t wait to make this, just need to find that perfect shokupan 🍞

I don't like sweet cn it be made savoury instead ? -What is the shelf life of the sauce if I wanna make a big batch and store it ? -Does it make a difference if we don't use egg yolk ?
