So do you strain out the lavender after the milk is infused or do you drink it with the lavender inside?

Denise Mckee i always strain mine out and compost the used lavender, but I’m pretty sure eating the flowers is fine if you like the strong flavor.

Great question. I do strain mine after just to make it smooth, but it isn't required.

You throw out all that pulp which is a mix of dietary fibre mix of almonds and dates...what a waste !! Surely they could be added to a cake mix...turned into biscuits or better added to rice pudding ???

I would assume you can place the lavender in with everything else and then strain.
