Nana put on her sunhat to enjoy our first-ever Lavender Festival at Evening Light Lavender Farm in Deer Park, WA. The lavender fields were in full radiant bloom and ready for customers to enjoy. We sampled Lavender Lemonade and Kettle Corn and picked a small bouquet of fresh organic lavender from the fields. Due to Nana's ongoing health issues with FND Functional Neurological Disorder and two hangry humans, we only ended up staying for an hour before fleeing in pursuit of a sit-down establishment for food. We found ourselves at the Deer Park Pizza Factory with a sit-down meal of salad and personal-sized pizzas. The day was overwhelming on Nana's body, so we called it a day and headed home.
