I am so fascinated by your card and your idea that I bought the Floral Wreath stamp from Lavinia. Then I made the card following your example and I really like it. Thank you so much for sharing from Magdeburg, Germany.
I have recently come back from Canada and I did a class in one of the craft shops there and we did the blue card. It turned out beautifully and I was thrilled with it. They absolutely LOVE Lavinia in Canada. Carry on with the great demos.
These are just lovely! I love them. The blue one is one of my fave stamps... just love that....they’re all beautiful! I also have the fairy door dies....I was struggling for an Easter card and ended up using those for the tomb where Jesus was laid....and when you open it...there’s a star with “He Is Risen” on the inside....worked perfectly! I think they’re very versatile. Looking forward to see what you come up with! Welcome home Mr MJ! I hope Rosie is ok! 💕🙋♀️🇺🇸🌴
Love the cards and was very interested in the mica powder. :). I also was seeing that you are from Yorkshire. I am Canadian but my Grandparents were originally from Yorkshire. I have never been there and now I am a lot older, so couldn’t make the trip, but always wanted to. ❤❤❤❤. Thanks for sharing your lovely work.
@@heidi-theyorkshirecrafter I wish I knew. I will have to look back to see if I can find the area. Their last name was Perry. I will do some research to see if I can find out. :)
Hi Heidi what beautiful cards. Love anything to do with Christmas. Looking forward to seeing the matching tags hope rosie is soon on the mend. Thanks for sharing. You’ve got some great ideas.
Beautiful. I couldnt stop seeing a wee scruffy looking mouse head made y the oerstamping on y left side of the paper, if we tried to do that it would never happen lol xxx
Lovely cards! You can mix mica with your Dinkels and make your own mica sprays, just do it in small amounts and clean your nozzle on you spray bottle well. Oh, and presscut does great infinity dies with very small increments.
Hi Heidi, Love your designs… great imagination! Just a question as I’m bit of a newbie to all these lovely crafty bits & bobs… a question on the Versamark watermark stamp pad, I love the mica powder and brought the same ones from Amazon, when I inked it and put my mica powder on then rubbed it off it smudged the print! You rubbed vigorously and not long after you had stamped… I must be doing some thing wrong 😐 any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊. It’s Sue and not Mike ( on hubby’s sign in ☺️)
Hi sue... .you should be able to wipe straight over it .....all I can think is you have a very wet versamark......I would suggest after putting ya mica powder on giving it a blast with ya heat gun to dry it......try on a piece of scrap first. Mine needs reinking so it's just quite tacky....I am due to re fill it so when I have I will see if it does the same as yours x I hope that's helps x let me know how you get on x
@@heidi-theyorkshirecrafter Thank you Heidi for getting back to me so quickly ☺️… it is a brand new pad so that’s probably why, yes giving it a blast with the heat gun will most likely do it 👍🏻 I will let you know how it goes. Thank you again ☺️xx
Love your ideas! I have a question about the micas, though. Does the Versamark really hold them on? I have a bulk set of micas too, but researched on youtube and thought I had to mix them with gum arabic to spray or paint. If I didn't, the shine kept rubbing off. Love the versamark idea if it is permanent, though.
