You guys don't talk about the most important thing which is the construction. Due to the high likelihood of earthquakes in Nepal, we should talk about how earthquake resistant the structure is, what kind of material was used to give a good foundation and whether it is built on loose sands or not etc. The aesthetic of a building doesn't need long explanation we can see it for ourselves.
