In this clip, CML Lavish D opened up about ending his longstanding beef with Philthy Rich. He explained the situation by detailing how he learned about the meaning of respect while in prison, and CML Lavish D explained that he'll cut someone out of his circle before retorting to anything else. Moving along, CML Lavish D explained why he showed support to Messy Marv when people were banning him from parts of the Bay Area.
CML Lavish D said he linked up with Marv because Marv didn't have a group of real people behind him. CML Lavish D went on to say that while he and Marv exchanged messages while he was in jail, once Marv was out, he linked up with Mozzy and turned his back on CML Lavish D. He explained that he suspects Mozzy did it to spite him, but CML Lavish D adds that Mozzy's move led to friction between him and Philthy Rich, who put on Mozzy. Berner is from Frisco and grew up idolizing Mess. Mess is a Frisco legend. Berner first signed Mess to try and get Mess back on his feet because it was sad to see a Frisco legend down on his luck. Berner was then threatened by J Diggs and other Bay cats, basically black balling Mess in the Bay. So, Berner released Mess because Berner doesn't have that street backing. Berner and Mozzy are tight and Mozzy also idolized and grew up on Mess. Mozzy found out about Berner and Mess situation so Mozzy used his muscle and clout to sign Mess and go against everyone trying to blackball Mess in the Bay. That move would be legendary but Mess just couldn't stop the drugs. So, Mozzy was left with more beef from that situation. Mozzy signing Mess had nothing to do with Lav like Lav said in his Djvlad interview. Lav isn't on Mozzy's level, can't even get a reaction from Mozzy.
