He reported his car stolen aint the same as telling. When you get old enough to own a car you will get that you need a report for insurance. Doesnt mean he knew who stole his car. Someone can steal your car from the parking lot and you wake up see it stolen and report it. Dont mean you know who stole the car. yall got the game twisted.
