Because God allows mankind to have free will to make their own choices, for better or worse. Think of it like a law that God won't allow their self to break. I could turn this into a dissertation and expand more on this but ill leave you with this: Ive questioned my own faith, but i still prayed, even if i was mad at God. The wildest thing is, all of my prayers get answered. I may not get exactly what i was thinking but i still get incredibly blessed when the time is right. Dont think of God like a magic genie though, think of God as the greatest parent you could ask for and know that God will listen to you, should you choose to have even just a tiny bit of faith and pray. ...and also don't be a dirt bag to ppl.
