Professor Organic Chemistry Tutor, thank you for an outstanding video/lecture on the Law of Definite Proportions in AP/General Chemistry. The examples/practice problems show how to calculate the Law of Definite Proportions from start to finish. This is an error free video/lecture on RU-vid TV with the Organic Chemistry Tutor.
People used to extract silver atomic mass 108 from silver bromide, AgBr in X-ray photographs. If bromine has an atomic mass of 80 what mass of silver can u extract from 564g of silver bromide
A 22.7 g sample of CaSO4 is found to contain 6.68 g of Ca and 10.7 g of O. Find the mass of sulfur in a sample of CaSO4 with a mass of 72.4 g. Could somebody help me solve this?
Hi first you should Obtain the percentage of sulfur that makes up the first composition in terms of grams(23.56%) and then multiply this value by the second substance and you will have your answer(17.05 g) and the reason of multiplying is law of definite composition

Sir wt is the meaning of this . *Atoms combine in the ratio of small whole numbers to form compunds* From ncert 9th 3 Rd chapter sir. I dint get this plz can u tel me
It basically means how compounds are made; Compounds are basically formed when different atoms are combined, for example, h20, it's basically 2 (which is a whole number) atoms of hydrogen combined with 1 (again a whole number) atom of oxygen to form h20 (which is a compound)
