Sir saari bat sahi hain, But Jo private universities hain unke liye strict penalty lagaana chahiye BCI Ko, q ki bacho ke future ke saath khelte hai wo, Paiso ke liye. BCI jitni guidelines de I hopes ho ki jis v universities ne usse break kara usse kadi kadi sajja ho.

Dikkat niyam ki nahi dikkat audit quality ki hai ..jab auditors aate Hain to unhe khila pila kar report banwa Li jaati hai . Review the reviewer ka concept nahi hai ...aur jab koi case aata hai jisme rules follow nahi kare gaye the tab institute par action hota hai par reviewer par nahi . Reviewer par strict action shuru kar do bahut si problem sudhar jayegi . Same problem sarkari school ki hai . Paper par to sab top world level ke schools hain , par ground level sacchai sab ko pata hai. Jab kisi govt teacher ko barkhast karte hain incompetency ke liye tab uske interview jis bande ne liya tha , use par action kyun nahi hota

Every people should know or must know that, years llb after graduation any streame or after 12 pass out 5 years llb in regular law college with bci approval and under recognized university under ugc recognized. And doctor can be lawyer and engineer can be lawyer but lawyer can't be doctor and engineer. Some people will be chartered accountant or may be scientist, player actor etc but that different issue.

The most important matter in the law education is that this kind of education should be recognized by the BCI in case a student receives his/her degree on-line, through correspondence or in a distance mode. Almost all the universities and law colleges provide such education in the western world and this education received out of campus is recognized. This is how there are so many people in this countries who are educated. I request the prime minister of India to please give a thought to this system of getting education out of campus. Thanks !
