A common selling tactic, talk about something the client values/likes. When I was selling door to door Security Alarm, you take in everything in their yard/garage/front porch. Use it to break the ice and establish a connection. If they like you they will 9 out of 10 times buy from you. He proved his professionalism/knowledge then moved on to the wife talking about children.

The stuff that comes out of a well is practically always a mixture. The components can be oil, gas, fresh water, salt water. The first step is to seperate it. If you drive around an area that has oil fields, you will commonly see a set of three small tanks. That's a common first step in separation. So to directly answer your question, no.

@@JR-jp7mi Chemical Engineers, for the most part, work in processing plants such as chemical manufacturing plants or oil refineries. They optimize those processes. The analagous people that work in this setting are petroleum engineers. Although in this time period, they really didn't exist yet.

He lawlessly kills and gets away with it, he is a crook on cheaping out the prices, and he scams by falesly advertising. I think the title is pretty accurate.
