LAWLESS is available now on Digital, Blu-ray Disc and DVD.
They were brothers who became outlaws, and outlaws who became heroes... The three Bondurant boys (Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy, Jason Clarke), along with their sultry new hire (Jessica Chastain), command the most lucrative bootlegging operation in Franklin County, Virginia. The locals consider them “indestructible.” But the law-in the form of a corrupt special deputy (Guy Pearce)-wants a cut of their action, at any cost. When youngest brother Jack (LaBeouf) gets a taste of power with a deadly gangster (Gary Oldman) the whole business blows sky high. Based on the astonishing true story, the Bondurant brotherhood is the stuff of legend.
Directed by John Hillcoat. Written by Nick Cave. Starring Shia LaBeouf, Tom Hardy, Guy Pearce, Jessica Chastain, Mia Wasikowska, Jason Clarke and Gary Oldman.

Henry Ford was in the process of changing all of his cars to run off of ethanol. He even produced Ethanol production machines he was giving to farmers.. So they could use Crop waste to make fuel and these farming hubs where already the location of fuel pumps. Then magically the Alcohol prohibition manifests on the back of an oil monopoly that was regained after the break up of standard oil. We then got to see an absolute destruction of our mass train systems, public transportation, rail cars, electric vehicles and alternative power sources. even diesel being highly regulated.

Yes sure. And now tell us, how are you going to mass produce enough ethanol. Oil companies give a shot about you ethanol conspiracy, they make enough money on chemical products. besides, petrol is cheap, so cheap that gas station often makes money on other services and products. It is tax by states that make it expensive and source of the state's income.

That worked 100 years ago, but this century is all about disruptive technology. Electric is already out of Pandoras Box and the oil companies know they can’t stop it as battery tech advances and prices are starting to come down.

To what level they distilled that moonshine? Get is straight - whiskey is not alcohol, it is water. 60% water beats 40% of the ethanol. Cars do not run on water. Thus unless they were making some 80% ethanol degreaser, this could hardly happened. If so - god have mercy to any soul drinking it. It is said to be doable but hold your breath. And every sip is actually two.

Take a man, Give him a shovel. He can only move so much dirt. Take that same man, Put him in a Bobcat. His force is now multiplied by 1000. He who controls energy, controls the productivity of the entire human race. Energy = force multiplication and production. The Sun produces enough energy to power the entire human race by over 1,000,000 times. We just don't have a means to store the energy we grab. We just don't have a battery system to store the energy. Why? The sun produces so much energy it fuels life on this entire planet. That amount of energy is almost incomprehensible for a human brain. If all the money is concentrated in but a few hands, Who funds all the wars?

You gotta remember, automotive fuel was a quite experimental in those days. So the engines had to be built to burn all sorts of combustible hydrocarbons and blends. Model T engine itself was primarily a gasoline engine, but could run on other volatile hydrocarbons like benzene and ethanol without any mods. Less volatile blends like kerosene needed mods and tuning.
