Purchased the 37cm model earlier in the season for a great price using the discount code. Really impressed with how well it cuts and so lightweight. Took a while to get used to the high lever on the height adjustment and kept ripping branches of the wife's plants!! Highly recommend the 37cm.
Thank you Mark for all your reviews. I wondered if the battery form the 41cm Lawnmaster mower will fit and is usable on the Lawnmaster 24V Hedge trimmer. As one is 4vh and the other 2vh, I wondered what difference it would make, if any. Many thanks again.
Was your demonstration cut made on the lowest 22mm setting? Be useful to know as it would not be a short enough cut for me if it was! 🙂 PS you may not remember as your video was made a while ago, but asking it as a serious question on the off chance you do... 👍
Hi Marie. No I can’t remember the setting but is was not on the lowest. From memory I believe there was 1 more lower setting so would think it was on around 30mm setting. Thanks
Hi, thanks for the review, I just received the product and will be testing it soon. A question about the blade: I turned the mower upside down to check the blade and turning it by hand I noticed that it doesn't turn well, it just makes small jerks, with a bit of friction. On the previous mower, the blade turned smoothly. However when I turn it on it seems to be fine, just wondering if this "clicky friction" is normal. Hello and thanks again for the review!
Thanks Marco, so pleased my video was helpful. It is perfectly normal for the blade to not spin freely with this type of motor. The mower is fine, nothing to worry about. I still use this mower out of all the mowers I have, and still going strong. Thanks
Without knowing anything about your lawn, condition and size I would go for the 48v model. I use this on my 500m sq lawn and it is now my go to mower, when I want to give the lawn a quick cut. My lawn is level, and in pretty good condition. I find the 48v combined with the 4.0Ah batteries is more than enough in terms of power and runtimes. It is great that LawnMaster give you 2 additional batteries (4 in total).
I owned the 2018 60 V 19" Lawnmaster that I really liked, until it started cutting out intermittently, eventually it was stopping momentarily every 10' or so. I think the "telecontroller board" was the problem, but it was not available from the distributor or the manufacturer. So, I got maybe 4 years of life. Your mower functions the same, but it looks very different.
Hi Mark, great review. I ordered this one but have a issue with the grass blowing at the top of the flap where you lift it to release the bag. It it going all over top of mower. Has anyone had this problem. Thanks
@@EasyLawnMowing I contacted Lawnmaster and they just sent me a new grass box so hopefully that sorts it out. They have excellent customer service. The mower is the business and has great run time.
Hi there can you tell me how this compares with likes of the top end models like Ego or Bosch and I also noticed you didn’t test this model on high grass can it cope on damp grass and on one review mentioned about the trimmer that the battery wasn’t compatible with the mower
In terms of comparing with the likes of EGO, this is a lower level cordless mower and will not compare in terms of power and performance in very demanding conditions. That is not to say that you cannot start on the higher setting with the LawnMaster and work your way down, if your lawn is overgrown. Don't forget that the EGO is a much heavier model and although the cost is much higher, doesn't come equipped with mulching plug, rear roller etc. Build quality is not to the same specification as EGO, but then this LawnMaster is not designed for commercial use. In summary, this mower performed exceptionally well in the longer damp grass on my lawn, and compares well with the Bosch and Murray range of mowers that I have tested. As you can see from my video this mower comes highly recommended.
@@EasyLawnMowing thanks for your reply I’m looking for something reliable and one that comes with a battery that can do around 300 sq metre lawn which is made up of two separate lawns back and front
@@atifmanzoor63 If its 300 metres squared in total, then you could get away with the smaller model LAWNMASTER 24V 37CM. This should do 300 metres squared as long as the lawn is not knee high and you get a second battery just in case.
Hi, I use this mower in my 450 square metre lawn and have been using it last season and this and no problems so far. I have also been using the batteries in the grass and hedge trimmer.
