Marching 600 miles across the brutal Nefud Desert, Lawrence and his small band of Bedouin fighters faced unbearable heat, exhaustion, and the ever-present threat of death. Their goal? To surprise the enemy, weaken their defenses, and take Aqaba by storm. What followed was a lightning-fast assault that left the Ottomans reeling and secured Lawrence’s place in history.
