All the polls show just the opposite. DT is going to easily best Biden and sail into the WH come Nov. It isn't even going to be close. I expect he'll get 400, or 450 electoral college votes. Biden is losing in New Hampshire, a state he won last time by 10 points. Sorry to burst anyone's bubble. Nobody in the real world cares about any of this. Nobody watches these talking heads. Looking at the actions of the Republican party is it clear indicator that the next Trump is right around the corner. One of them is going to get in. We have set the stage for an inevitable hit. The only thing that would stop it is if the house the Senate and the presidency were all overwhelmingly Democrat so that they could enact rules and time limits on the Supreme Court and alter the Constitution to not allow presidents to have immunity. This is the time for ALL FEDERAL JUDGES to be subjected to periodic " screening " by their peer Federal Judges, to determine their MENTAL and physical condition. Also, perhaps the Supreme Court Judges should be rotated in & out of district judgeships, just to open their eyes to the goings on at the local level. ALSO - ABSOLUTE TERM LIMITS for ALL Federal Judges.

Trump has now written to Judge Merchan to get his recent conviction overturned, on the basis of yesterday's ruling! However, the recent convictions were committed BEFORE he was even president, so it's ludicrous. Whilst the accounts in this case were 'signed off' during his term, he STILL committed the crimes during the run-up to the 2016 election, so immunity cannot be applied retrospectively in this way. I trust that Judge Merchan tosses this application to overturn and sentences Trump as he should be.

The recent 34 felonies will be sentenced very soon because Trump wasn't even the president when he committed those acts. He is now trying to backdate this rule for the recent conviction but that won't work, even though he 'signed off' the accounts after he was made president. He committed these acts in the run-up to the 2016 election, regardless - and before he was made president....
