We leave near Wavertree Mystery Park and head up Earle rd to Wavertree an ideal road for single laneing with a bi directional cycle lane down one side, and parking on one side or even both sides where space allows, this road needs proper resurfacing and the end junction needs to be improved with proper timings on the traffic lights to link in with the University area of Liverpool.
It would increase footfall for the shops as people would walk or cycle and feel safer and also reduce the speed of traffic, a win win for all.
Its just been announced (Jan 2022) that Liverpool city council are going to put a cycle lane down this road hopefully both sides
