Yeah I guess that’s how Argentines speak Spanish. Some people from countries like Cuba or Argentina speak faster but people like Mexicans speak Spanish a little bit clearer
he is from Rosario, so he speaks a bit faster and doesn’t pronounce the letter “s” in plural words. That’s why he said “donde ‘tan la’ lay’” instead of “donde estan las lay’s?” The Argentinian accent (that is, the accent from the city of Buenos Aires) is easier to understand.
