I’m in the minority, but these aren’t my jam. I have a bunch of cirque jellies and I just don’t reach for them. I can’t get mine to dry properly. I loved watching this video tho! The rainbow is definitely appealing. :) glad cirque sponsored this video. :)
I haven't been this excited by a full collection in a while. I haven't been keeping up with Cirque and wasn't even aware they had a Last Unicorn polish! Definitely picked up that, and Fantasia. I'm looking forward to exploring jellies more, I have a few but this is the first set of colors that's really grabbed me.
Beautiful jellies, my favorite texture. But I have to say that this your review is definitely one from the best nail polish review I ever seen. And I watch them all the time, nail polish is my “fetish”. 😂😎 Thank you.
Caitlin! You’ve outdone yourself. Thank you for these amazing swatches & combo suggestions! I’m trying to stick to a low buy 2024 and your ideas for layering are exactly the right inspiration to try new things from my own collection. I think I’m most inspired to pick up The Last Unicorn, tbh! I’d love to see more of these ideas with some of Cirque’s other jellies. I have a few that I’ll definitely be playing around with in this way. Also love the use of Chemistry. I have found it to be great for adding a magnetic ‘touch’ to some polishes in my stash. Thank you, again, for your awesome videos. ♥️
Yay! I am so happy Cirque sponsored this video! Star Fruit Jelly (I LOVE GREEN💚) Pink Lady (I have never heard her of this apple!), Poppy Jelly (in the sun it was insane!), Mango Jelly (hahaha it does kind of has a Mac cheese tone) and Lagoon Jelly (am I seeing things or is there a slight jade tone to it?) are my favorites. I loved the layering-especially over Last Unicorn and Sterling! This is so cool how wearing the jellies over vs. under Sylph completely changes it😮 the are both beautiful ways. Crystal Tokyo as a topper and sand with the jellies was stunning. Oh I like that phrase “ponding effect” you use at 22:16 to describe seeing elements under the glazed jelly! Agreed-CT over Lagoon is gorgeous l! I love the jelly sandwiches (both nail and food 😅) !! I saved this video💕
You've made me love my shorties as your looks are so sophisticated! These looks are very fun and versatile. I am excited to pick up the collection. ☺️✨
Caitlin, this is the most beautiful, thorough and inspirational nail related video that I ever seen! Thank you for sharing these beautiful polishes and your thoughts on them. Hugs from California ❤
I absolutely love Cirque’s jellies. I have sooo many. Can’t wait to get this collection. I never cared for jelly sandwiches or flakie toppers, but you've convinced me to get Fantasia, to recreate what you did!
Blurple with Sylph over it looks like a dupe of Dam's Lavender Jade that always seems to be out of stock. I love Fantasia, too! I now need to get The Last Unicorn and Coquette. I never would have thought of Crystal Toyko with the yellow and chartreuse colors. Clever!
I have a couple Cirque jellies that I'm not crazy about colorwise but those amazing jelly sandwich ideas are inspiring me to create new looks with them. I like lot of these new jellies, too! TFS!
Well I just ran over to Cirque, bought a bunch of polishes, and used your affiliate code. Their jellies are outstanding. Thank you for the awesome swatch and reviews! Very well done 👏 🙂 🇨🇦
What a great video! I am sold 😍 I really found all of your sandwich and pairing options really helpful since I’ve never delved into creating those effects. I can’t wait to try these out!!!
I’ve never tried a jelly but after seeing your jelly sandwiches I believe Pink Lady, Poppy & Lagoon will be landing in my mailbox along with a few toppers. Thanks Caitlin!
OBSESSED with these on you Caitlin!!! And all those combos too 🤩🤩🤩 I also can’t pick any favorites lol this lineup is perfect! Also I’m loving how Slyph looks over/under these way more than I thought I would 😮
@@CaitlinSwatches I've seen Kelli Marissa swatch these and they look beautiful, though why does Crystal Tokyo (from another collection) give me Sailor Moon vibes?
I loooooove all of them. I am a sucker for Cirque's jellies - best jelly formula around. Thank you SO much for putting together such an amazing review with all of the layering ideas at the end. I swear, if I ever had to cull my polish hoard to the bare minimum, I would pick all of my Cirque jellies and all the Cirque toppers. I already have my St Patty's day mani ready with Cirque's Kelly Jelly and couple of their toppers sandwiched in between. You can create anything with these polishes.
I was getting all bored with the jellies then you broke out your creativity box and started with the jelly sandwiches and that woke me up! So cool! So many neat ideas that I would never think of. ( Not that your swatches are boring, I just need some colors that aren't like I've got already) 💚
Wow thank you for the inspo! I never would have thought to try all those different things. When I pick up the collection, I’m going to be sure to pick up few other things too like Sylph and Crystal Tokyo!
This ones really gonna hurt the wallet! lol especially with all the different combinations you shared! Poppy & Fantasia combo is giving me late 90s early 2000s bath & body works/Limited Too/inflatable see through chair vibes of that time. 💖 Thank you for the swatches!
Thanks for taking all the time to show different layering and combos I am a sucker for squishy jellies, I need at least Lagoon. I need to compare all their cool pink jellies.
I love them sandwiched with Fantasia and Crystal Tokyo Might be fun to see them with a black shred topper or something Edit: I wrote this before you used Spotted and Snow Angel haha, great demonstration
Loved Lagoon Jelly! The red and pink were nice too. Thanks for swatching these. I want to order, but also worried about their customer service and how they handled the gift bag situation.
I've never had a problem with a regular order from Cirque besides the turnaround being ABSURDLY long (bought them during their big sale last year). Agree about the gift bags though. :\
Side note - try a sheer that has a strong shimmer (im thinking of like bkl doomicorn) as a jelly sandwich with that silver magnetic (i use the starrily one but whatever) ... The effect is stunning
Not gonna lie, I didn’t ever care for jellies and this collection didn’t spark an interest in me but omg did you blow my mind with all of the examples of how to play and wear them! 🤯 Now I want the whole set and the toppers! Is your affiliate code only good for someone’s first time purchase of cirque ? Or if someone made a previous purchase and they have an account already, they can still use your code ?
You can try the code! It should work if you've never used mine before. This is a new code for 2024. So even if you used my code last year, this is new and will work again.
These are so much nicer than I expected. I've been intrigued by jellies for a while now, but I refuse to buy them, especially cirque's. They're just way too sheer. Its like spending the full price of a very expensive polish only to get like not even a quarter of a polish, imo. I just think that for what they are, they should be cheaper. These ones look great though. They are still sheer enough to do what jellies are made to do, but they can still be built up to look like an actual full polish, if that makes sense. I also think cremes in general should be cheaper than the ones with all the extra, super pretty ingredients, but they're usually about the same. So I usually don't buy cremes from indies either. If i want a creme color, I'll go to Walmart and buy from a cheap brand. So even though the ones in this video are so much nicer than I expected, and I do really like them, I still think they're a bit too expensive for me. So that means that I might end up buying one or two of these someday, but I'm still really hesitant to actually place an order. It would have to be at a time when I have a decent amount of "extra money", which I don't see happening anytime soon tbh bcuz my second baby will be born this Monday. We have a C-section scheduled. I just found out that my work said that I don't qualify to get any money at all during my time off, so we're really going to be struggling for a while. I spent like 6 hours yesterday just trying to figure out how to make it so that I'm not upset about not placing an order with ppu. That used to be my one splurge each month. I would get 2 or 3, and its already hard to narrow it down to that. All week I was trying to decide on my 2 or 3, and I had finally done it. Then I found out about the pay situation, so it would be a really bad idea to spend any money right now. So I went through my entire collection that ive been accumulating for the past three years, and I found one that is close enough to one of the polishes I wanted, and I surprisingly was able to create an almost perfect dupe for the monarch polish! I was so happy about that. The last one I wanted was the Penelope luz. It has a bunch of colorful circle glitters. Since that is the only one left, I couldn't justify making that order anyway, but I remembered that night owl lacquer actually has two polishes on their site that has a very similar look; they seem to use the same glitters, they're just in a different base color. So I told myself that I will buy one of those polishes when its more feasible to do so. And that's how I was able to comfortably skip ppu this month. 👏 🎉😊
@@CaitlinSwatches now that.....was funny. I needed a good laugh, thank you. Maybe that color would be great for nail art on halloween. Every color does have its beauty.
