Fabulous Yorkstone, please tell me you did use lime mortar for the pointing and didn't let any cement within a hundred miles of the job. I have seen so many wonderful bricks and flags ruined by the use of modern cement mortar 😱😱😱
hi mate,just read your comment ,its got me thinking..... imabout to lay a big patio for a customer welch pennant flags. will cement ruin them too? thanks another question if anybody can help me,, how much per m2 do people charge to lay these flags if the ground has already been prepped..labour only... plus price for pointing labour only per m2... cant find anybody who can help!!! thanks
