I might be wrong but doesn’t the hose attach to the demo saw to stop the dust ? 😬
@jessedukelacrosse6470
@jessedukelacrosse6470 3 года назад
It would make a huge mess and if he does not clear or clean wet brick dust it will stick to paver and since they are by porous that wet brick dust settles in paver, he would have to have another guy with a hose clearing dust off new pavers right behind him, or power wash the next day , too much water on sand will hurt leveled sand base or tighten ground and you won't be able to set paver properly or make it much mode trouble some.. I throw a chalk line (blue ) snap and have my pavers ready to be cut, more work or takes longer , I use a 14" brick wet saw with clean water for my cuts usually come out pretty clean, out here in California there are too many rules , if we make too much dust we get lots of complaints:/

Great job! Just a few things for the future. First, i see a couple corners of the pavers tend to meet up (four way corner), if possible always stagger corners. Secondly, its always easiest to start your diagonal patters in the corner as it is easier to get a line strait if it is a shorter path.
