I never read in the application guide the 2'nd coat needs to be applied within 6-8 hours, only wait 4-6 hours for the 1'st to dry. While doing it within it 8 hours sounds like a maybe and would work, the REALLY important thing is any of the 1 coats must be dry before doing the next and more than 2 coats isn't going to happen in one days work anyway. Heavy coats are OK, but with the suggested 3/8 nap roller, "heavy" is relative I suppose.
How many sqft is your balcony? Wondering what the final coverage rate is per gallon? I am planning on 30 sqft per gallon but have more than I need! Not sure if i can go heavier to use up everything
SEMCO Liquid Membrane is NOT durable and it’s adhesiveness is very questionable. Despite following the exacting instructions of the manufacturer, I had numerous locations on my deck where it is coming up. I sent pictures to the company and asked for a refund but was rejected. Then they just quit communicating. I am having to go through the Nevada Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau to get resolution of this matter.
