Layout and Development of Pipe Branch 90 degree 

The best fitters and welders I’ve ever worked with are always from Trinidad. I’d bet money this gentleman’s from the same area. Either way, quite the professional. I learned this in my apprenticeship, but would have a hard time laying this out if asked to remember. Very nicely done.

hello , i like ur video a lot , ut i need slight different than this , i have a 240 od pipe10mm thick to be fitted with on 210 id pipe 5mm thick , this is kind of support in some of our fabrication drawings . can u plz help me to figure it out , how to develop a template so to ensure productivity

At 2:48 if you just cut the pattern of in half horizontally and cut it and slap the two halves together with some tape you can leave out the last step. I made a bunch labeled them with run and branch and had them laminated. Boom!

if iam using grey Upvc pipes .. how to weld it using fiber glass .. people here are doing it i dunno what do i need ?

Use an old drafting board or a cad software to draw accurately. Or draw the shapes in 3D in aCAD software, use a "unfolding" software like "Smart unfold".

one of your video for 45 degree header to branch it is correct looked this .it do'nt have any edge. like same ways 90 degree should be in same form . should not be edge at any point but in this development we find edge at 90&270 degrees

What's your target audience for these videos engineers, steamfitters, draftsmen? I only ask because I have noticed you using Auto Cad, or like in this video, measuring out on paper and then cutting out the paper to represent the pipes themselves.

Hi, You have mentioned in the video pipe line size is 3 in inche, 89 in mm. Is this correct . when we convert the inch to mm 3x25.4 = 76.2mm, if we convert the mm to inch also 89/25.4 = 3.50 Inchs.

That's cool. It's a shame sheetmetal has phased out. It's as if the HVAC world said fuck em, we don't need em. I can do basic fittings for ductwork but companies use fuckboard and roundpipe fittings and would rather pay 100 bucks for a roundpipe split instead of a custom split. It's people being greedy. They want more for themselves and fuck the other guys. They can put the job off for a week and order roundpipe instead of taking a guy with a portable brake to the job. Plenums are the ultimate SHAME of a HVAC contractor. Using a plenum just says "I don't care, it's quick, easy, more money for me, and I don't need any duct guy who'll take an hour to make a fitting". Then the customer's airflow is horseshit. The FCM's stay in the duct. I even had a college teacher get an ugly look on his face when I said "plenums are junk". He said "it works off pressure". No. You stick a plenum box on top of a unit and cut two square trunk lines in the side of the plenum the airflow is horseshit. It's supposed to flow smoothly and buildup static pressure at the end of the trunk, and build pressure backwards. It isn't supposed to build pressure colliding with a huge square box at the unit. You lose your airflow. People don't care though. "Quick, easy, fuck it it works, and I ain't gotta wait" is mostly what you get out of HVAC companies. I have a 3 foot brake and take it to jobs,
