I love both of these scents, but I’ve only used my bottle of Layton twice because both times I’ve worn it out I’ve gotten not so great comments. The first time I wore it out I was around a lot of people throughout the night and the only comment I received was from a guy who said someone smelled like Peach Schnapps and then laughed about it when I told him it was me…😤 The second time I wore it to work and one of my coworkers said I smelled exactly like his grandparents house. No female comments at all. So, I haven’t had the best experience with Layton so far, but I still love the smell and I hope the next time I try to rock it I get better reactions. I only have a small sample of Desir Toxic and have worn it only once. Received a nice compliment. Saving the next sprays for a special occasion.
@@qusaimousa1 Yeah man, good call. I did and I don’t mind having it in my collection, but there are other PDMs I’d rather have a full bottle of. Definitely sample it first. It’s a great warm, sweet scent with some middle eastern spice to it, but it just doesn’t get the compliments or ladies reactions that RU-vid reviewers claim it does. At least not for me, obviously. lol
I just got desirtoxic, I also have Layton…. I’m wondering in this heat in Florida though how many sprays would give me fairly good sillage? I hear some people complaining about longevity with this one, but it’s not bad but I also heard if you spray more sprays it will help with projection…..thoughts?
My Niners lost unfortunately but I kinda saw that coming with a rookie having to start and Kittle among a number of injured players. I definitely smiled watching Herbert and Williams demolish the Browns though. Always exciting to watch a kickass shoot-out.
@@steveg8707 if you want something really close to DesirToxic that doesn't cost a fortune just get YSL Opium Pour Homme. Then layer it with your Layton (or Layton clone) and you've got DesirToxic. Those two fragrances are pretty much exactly what it smells like.
M micallef toxic desire is actually very pleasant fragrance and has a compliment factor but unfortunately not unique enough for 265.00 dollar's plus shipping its not worth it . Lol lol lol on the Grey market I can get Layton for 160.00 dollar's
Definitely DesirToxic. Layton is strictly a cool weather scent and if you wear it in the heat the sweetness is going to be overwhelming. DesirToxic just has more of a fresh out of the shower scent better for the heat and it doesn't have great projection to begin with so heat would help a lot.
The women that I’ve had blind smell it, really love it and wanted to wear it. Tbh the only reason I’d have to say it leans more masc is just because guys pull for it. But going off smell alone, girls can easily pull this off. Not to mention skin chemistry is a big thing
