No you won't. You most likely don't have the genetics, or the money for supplements to look close to what he does. But if you train and eat right, be consistent , then you'll be the best YOU can be. And that's what's important. Being yourself is far better than aiming to be someone else.
I am a 12 yo guy that goes to the gym, I don't do exercises that Affect my spine so I don't remain a 1,63 m person. I had 67,5kg and I did cardio in SUMMER, now I've got 52,5 kg. I love to go to the gym and I want to become like you when I grow up! :D keep up the good work! PS: i don't Use anything, just normal food and water :)
Well I'm too young for proteins, I don't want to have fake muscles gained by steroids. My father get's proteins. Whey 100% Gold Standard. He takes a very little bit of creatine, just to keep the muscle wet. I'm giving my BEST, of course, I can't be a huge guy at 12 yo and I don't wanna be big as a door. I want to Look good, be healty and in romanian it's "definit" in english is the same? It means not being gigantic, but being muscular and powerful. :)
Stop complaining on what the video was focused on. Have you ever heard of marketing? Ass and abs are the main two things that make people want to go to the gym. Damn people
