Congratulations Ria. Very well done! My only advice would be to try and fast forward, dead spaces, when you are mixing etc., to shorten the time. Otherwise it's perfect and the cake sounds amazing. Look forward to trying it!
Tried this cake. It's the best sponge cake ever. Easy and doesn't call for a lot of fat either. I used a praline topping instead of the coconut topping. It's so good that I can't wait to make it again and also been recommending it to people.
