Oatmeal cookies: 1:12 Two bananas, a cup of oats, one egg, and two tablespoons of almond/peanut butter. Chocolate banana slices: 2:20 A bar of dark chocolate (preferably that's higher than 73), and banana slices Cookie dough: 3:07 four tablespoons of almond flour, two tablespoons of maple syrup, one tablespoon of almond/peanut butter, two tablespoons of almond milk, and chocolate chips. Mint Chip Icecream: 6:46 2 frozen bananas, 1 cup of almond milk, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a handful of cacoa nibs (similar to chocolate chips)
Correction, in the last recipe, she said peppermint extract, not vanilla extract! :D though I think vanilla extract might taste good, too, though it won't be minty 💛
pro tip for the cookie dough: add your almond flour to a dry pan over medium heat and toast it. give it a few minutes without stirring it and go by smell. it toasts into a rich buttery smell, something like speculoos cookie butter. once it reaches that point, start stirring until it’s evenly golden brown, and remove from heat before it gets too dark. now you’ve got an even MORE cookie-like cookie dough 💛 obv this takes more effort and tools (pan, spatula, and heating up the stove) so don’t worry about skipping this for the immediate cookie dough. if you’ve got the time though...SOOO good
Seriously though, I tryed the shake, I halved the recipe and added a bit less milk, and it is the best healthy dessert i've ever had! I'm literally having one every night!
You could purchase seed butter, It is super healthy and yummy. (In contains sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesames seeds, and linseed) I definitely recommend it.
Thank you Alivia for everything, you really changed my life. I wish more people knew of you. I've seen so many health influencers but most of them have unrealistic rules and goals. You've inspired me so much. If you had a Netflix show or a book I would definitely watch/read it!
I was just looking for a healthy dessert, I- Also!! I just watched the beginning of this video but I definitely can see all the time it took to edit!! The editing of this video is just from another level✨😍
Same and when I want to cook or bake, we never have those fucking ingredients and it fills me with rage. We don't even have enough appliances since our microwave and oven broke. I swear I already want a job so I could buy all the shit I need lmao.

I’m making the shake rn. Updates later. Update: Tastes good. The banana taste is there, but the chocolate overpowers it. The texture is a little weird, I can faintly feel a little cocoa powder specks.
“Let’s take a moment to thank bananas, they are literally a blessing for those who want to be healthy” If I eat banana I am going to swell up in hives and have an inflamed throat for several days.
So far, I've tried the oatmeal cookies, the bananas, and I'm currently refrigerating the Reese's overnight oatmeal, which were all DELICIOUS!! I'm planning on making the vegan chocolate smoothie and the mint chocolate nice cream, (I don't have cacao nibs or dates!) but I'm sure they'll all be delicious! Thanks so much for these videos :)
I've been trying my best to eat clean and healthy food for the past year, the biggest problem I faced is bananas. I hate bananas but every healthy dessert has bananas. WHY😭
I tried the first chocolate shake but with regular milk and it turned out better than I expected wow just make sure you add the ingredients in right ratios, don't overdo the banana and you're fine
This is the first video I have seen that has accessible ingredients that make food that's genuinely healthy and delicious. You are saving me in quarantine. Thank you!!
3:10 “4 tsp of almond flour” Me: nope I got regular flour “2 tsp of maple syrup” Me: nope I got regular “1 tsp of almond butter or peanut” Me: nope don’t got neither “2 tsp of almond milk” Me nope I got sweetened almond milk “ chocolate chips” Me: Nope I only got white chocolate Also me: I literally have nothing to make this with😭😭
Hey guys, here's a quick 4 ingredient shake also 2 ripe bananas (frozen) 2 tbsn of simply 5 chocolate syrup half of a 1/4 cup of penutbutter powder And 2 cups almond milk You can get every thing here at Walmart exept the almond milk think, pretty sure you get that at aldis Y
Heres an improvisation if you dont have bananas, use vanilla ice cream. I did it with a strawberry shake and it was still healthy :) just make sure you add your fruits to it. You may be going for it as a vegan. But if not then this is for you!
I don't have anything that common in our household like our ingredients are usually just for coffee or choco milk (if it's powder) unless it's for frying.
melt chocolate, add powdered sugar and flour till you get a dough consistency, smudge peanut or almond butter on it, add chocolate chips, and done its bomb
I prefer almond butter, I used to always have normal peanut butter, but then I had almond butter, no going back by far my favorite!! (Especially with apples)
Avocados are basically just fat, so it's like sunflower oil, but it's more solid. So what the avocado toast people are doing is basically a butter toast with pepper 😄😄😄
For people that dont have almond flour, just blend together some oats till they turn into a fine powder. I tried it when making the cookie dough and it came out great
@@angel-stories2547 instead of almond flour you can just use any gf flour you have, i would sustitute almond butter with any other nut butter or if you dont have any, just use regural butter (cant be considered healthy tho) or banana (in that case i wouldnt ad maple syrup), you can use honey instead of maple syrup, water instead of milk and nuts, raisings or even dates instead of chocolate. Hope this helps
Lol i was searching for this! I randomly clicked this vid and the milkshake recipe seemed hilariously familiar, then i remembered the kinda failed but succeeded milkshake Faline made and it was the same. XD
Miz Chan // sure you could use Cashew or Coconut flour, but you can “heat treat” regular flour so it’s safe to consume raw. Most edible cookie dough recipes call for heat treated flour (:
this chocolate shake is like THE BEST i’ve ever had omg- edit: since this comment got so hyped up i might as well just use it to ask if anyone tested the avocado cookie? is it good? i’m very curious edit 2: GUYS I FOUND SOMETHING! do the exact same recipe but add two to four tbsp of dalgona coffee, seriously it’s BOMB!
Eggs aren't vegan :( but the other ideas look great! Edit: when I posted the comment, this was titled “lazy 2 minute vegan treats” so please no more comments 🥴
Btw, you don't even need to replace the egg with anything. I've make vegan biscuits before with just oat flour, sugar and vegan butter. There's literally no need for eggs.
I have an allergy to all nuts! I suggest eating pepitas and pepita butter. Ofc it might not taste good in everything but, I use it in smoothies and baking!
