Rubbing Fingernails is also known as Balayam yoga. The nerve ending lying just under the fingernails are directly connected to the hair follicles present in the scalp. By rubbing your fingernails you can stimulate the blood circulation in your scalp. this stimulates hair growth.
Same :( yesterday I cut it to my ears and it looks really awkward.. Before I cut it, it was almost to my knees but I donated it.. maybe I shouldnt have cut THAT much
Samantha Amsr videos! Are you just like bored of it? I have long hair and it’s always in the way but my hair is very healthy and I trim it often. It helps growth. How long have you been trying to grow it out? It’s nice having long hair but (not being rude) it’s a big responsibility. Brushing is a pretty long task, taking showers/ wetting your hair it gets heavy from that, and etc. I also apply NO HEAT to my hair when I do, it has to be a very special occasion. Anyways just stay calm and do all of the above and I’m sure it will be growing at least somewhat faster. Sorry for the huge paragraph! 😄😂💁🏼♀️ Edit: I just like to help, if you don’t want to do the tasks then don’t! Thx 🙅🏼♀️💇🏼♀️
I use to cut it short since 1st grade but now I’m in 10th grade and is so long. I will never cut it except the dead ends though because it keeps it healthy.
This is so true. In one of her videos, she said she even SLEEPS in a tight ponytail! I noticed her hairline has been going father and farther back, and soon enough she's gonna go bald.
@@tessabateman5385 you know jojo was joking about sleeping in it right? And shes not balding, one of Jojo's closest friends Colleen Ballinger Even said it, she also said Her hair is VERY VERY VERY thick. Definitely not balding.
Inversion method works so so much!!! My hair has gotten much longer in a short time, however while I have my head down I massage my scalp instead of just letting my hair hang.
Braids with weave help your hair grow it just depends on how you take care of it. I started wearing braids 4 years ago and my hair went from ear length to bottom boob length 🤷🏽♀️ & it’s more healthy than its ever been ✨
@@faith-yj1mc I feel like the inversion method is a good one I tried it before. It works but I feel dizzy if I bent over so I just do it in the side of my bed
the only reason I'm here is because my mom got my hair cut today and i want my hair back Edit : me back here after two years but this time i did it myself and i still regret it very much
LYRIC PLANET im here because of similar circumstances I cut my hair without permission and I cut it way too short and I have to hide it from my family so I have to keep it up at all times and I'm trying to make it grow back
I've always had my hair at my shoulders and then one day I got it past my shoulders. It's almost at my shoulders again but this time I'm growing it long and dyeing it rose gold! Wish me luck!
Omg, no wonder my hair kept growing so fast when I was a kid. Back when I was 10 years old, I had always cut my hair every two weeks and it keeps growing so fast up to my waist length but I always cut it shoulder length. I always rub my fingernails together cause I thought it would make my nails healthy. I didn't knew about hair was connected to it.
i’m going to start this, currently writing this 7am wednesday 27 february ✨ I watched my hair like 2am anddd currently it’s braided cause that’s what best for the hair overnight
I use a regular towel and my hair never falls out. I just gently squeeze my hair with it until it is damp, more dry and not soaked anymore, then i let it air dry. but towels never rip my hair out- everyone is doing something wrong here🤷
Okay. I am gonna try it. And I will be updating the results. Day1: just massaged castor oil for 10 mintues and washed out with light shampoo. And now I am gonna do these yoga. Like if you want next update
Also a good idea to remind people that everyone hair growth is different and people with this hair type have hair that grows fast naturally anyway. But these methods are great for at least improving the health of all hair types. Do what feels natural to you and you will find the perfect method.
I watched this video when my hair was super short and so uncomfortable since the sides would always curl up and bother me ☹️ now, a year later, my hair finally grew out to a much longer length than it was before and this video reminds me of those times before I had it like this😅
People, just remember that there are lots of cultures and they look different. It is known that people from India have tighter hair than e.g. Slavic people (central and eastern Europe). And maybe some methods are good for one, but bad for other.
I never wrap my hair in a shower, put my hair in any hairstyles, or apply any heat to my hair. 🤔 No wonder people think I have great hair. Thanks for the video!
I'm here bc I'm struggling with my hair for 11 years now bc I never know what I want. And now that I have my side's reshaved like almost 2 weeks ago... I suddenly decided I want chin lenght hair and want to color it natural ginger. (My hair is short and about +-15 cm long) Soooo... Yeah... I love being a decideless woman 🙃
Wow I did not know about that... rubbing your fingernails that’s a new one. I always loved my hair, I keep mine long still and my lil sis has long hair too.

I had butt length hair that i cut off till my shoulders.... I like short hair, i didn't regret cutting my hair.... But now i kinda just wanna grow it back for no reason.. 🤷
Excuse me, I have a doubt. If I put the oil night full the next day we must want to use shampoo? If we don't want don't use right? Another doubt also there in which all days we want to apply oil in night time? Is it good to apply daily? Plz reply 🙏🥺
Tbh, I've never used one of those straighters in my house before, I've never wrapped my hair around towel because it's just gonna mess up my hair so...Is that why my hair grows so fast?
After using a million of products for extreme hairfall, I was just depressed... The only magic that changed my hair growth journey is betel oil, it does the magic !! Just magical ...
For the tight hairstyles, my aunt ALWAYS ties it tightly and I can't tell her to stop. But maybe I can tie my hair alone in a ponytail then she will just fix it because I already tied my hair in a ponytail.
Yeah my cousin wanted to grow her hair long and all the hair dressers would say is just come to trim your hair. Everytime she went all they would do is barely even touch the ends but her hair wouldn’t even grow passed a certain length then during covid lockdown she didn’t cut her hair for 9 months and her hair grew about 5 inches or so. Her hair maybe slightly damaged at her ends but her hair is super long it took 9 months for her hair to grow 5ish inches. She has friend that their hair grows super fast but my cousins hair just takes longer to grow
Caution: only finger nails to be rub that too be from whr the nail base i.e. while rubbing nails , they must be at the nail base from whr the nail starts. Don't rub thumb nail...it is for beard. Watch videos of any yoga charya before doing balayam..
