I just don’t get how she cooks so quietly, I try to be quiet and careful when I’m up and my husband sleeps for work, but that is so hard to do when everything “clinks” too much. I love these videos so much, so calming to watch with the music, food that looks so good 😊

In Brazil, we call the first dish "galinhada" (chicken = galinha) or a regional 'risoto'. I suggest you season the chicken with salt and pepper the night before, always. If you want the rice to absorve the chicken flavour, you should use meat with bones, like wings or drumsticks. Or you can use chicken broth instead of water. Use more meat than rice. After you fried the chiken, you can add diced tomatos for flavour and color. This dish reminds me of my mom! Love you, mom!

You know before I first saw your vids I was tired of the busy life I go thru in my family (like my 7 brothers and sisters are fun to be with but it gets too loud and busy sometimes 😅) and whwn I came by your "day in life of salary women in Japan " ...i felt the urge to live a peace ful livestyle one day and be independent ly living a simple life maybe one day:) P.S your not a bad cook I actually use your receipes and my family likes@them Thank you😊

Though I’m not a minimalist I love your videos. My favorites is when you make food, either breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks. I like your way, simple yet elegant and classy. I've found that for me, putting eggs in a pot with cold tap water, then putting them on med- high in the stove for 15 minutes makes the most perfect eggs every time o: The food you make always looks delicious, glad to see you're both doing well! ☆
