Lazy Sourdough Bread Recipe 

My lazy sourdough bread recipe
Everyone has a different way of making sourdough this is the way I found to be the easiest for my life and oven.
100 g active sourdough starter
375 g lukewarm filtered water
500 g unbleached bread flour
12-15g salt
450f in a Dutch oven covered for 30 minutes
And 15 minutes uncovered (all ovens are different this works for mine)
