Your basement will be great! Growing up in Milwaukee we did not have AC. On really hot days my mom would make supper and we would hang out in the 'rec' room. Some nights we even slept down there. I'd never want to not have a basement. They provide so much for a home.

Well, I am officially back in the WW game.. you and Jim are an inspiration for sure but I had to get my head totally in it and really want to loose the pounds I have gained since having all my surgery.. we all know that when we are determined we will do it! I am NOT gaining the weight back so I am catching it at 10 lb before another 10 goes on and so on. We got this, Sandy!
I got a recumbent bike last October, and it has been life changing. I ride in the morning and the evening. I can watch youtube or even read a book while i am riding. I never fear falling getting on or off it, which is important at our age. Really hope you buy one.
