Nar boys I'm true Scouse an trust me borough council zones don't mean much...some of the realest scouse kids I've ever known are from Huyton, Halewood, Canny Farm, Kirkby, Bootle an Aintree...an they literally live in terraced houses next door to purple bins, but they're classed as under Knowsley an Sefton council zones....Prescot an Whiston are overflows from Liverpool tho, an most of them got Scouse parents so I class some of them as Scousers myself....the city an Scouse culture is growing boys....we're expanding an taking over new land....LB is a perfect example of it....this kids deffo one of us
