Sad to say that from decades,leh chokhang couldn't be renewed...Is it like lba works on publics donation only. I don't think our new mp wants six schedule,like u used to tell about apex and kda collab. I feel so sad about such leaders...😢
Well said Kagalay. However, nobody should forget that the agreement between LBA and KDA was to solve the existing Kargil Gonpa problem. 🎉😢😢🎉It shall not become a precedence for any other area or town where there is no existing dispute between Communities.

It doesn't make sense to construct where old gonpa was.??? Because there is no parking place no court yard.n also very narrow place. It's better to construct shop or any other to make some income.
