IPT Group proudly announces the successful launch of Lebanon's first Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Report in the oil and gas sector. The event, held at IPT Headquarters, featured a groundbreaking panel discussion moderated by IPT Sustainability Consultant, Mrs. Hasmig Khoury.
The report findings were presented by the Head of Sustainability at Issa Group. In 2023, IPT Group undertook a comprehensive GHG audit spanning 12 months, from January 1st to December 31st. This audit accounted for GHG emissions under scope 1, scope 2, and voluntarily scope 3 across all our facilities in Lebanon and the UAE. Scope 1 emissions were the primary contributor, comprising 80.7% of the total, while Scope 2 and Scope 3 accounted for 6.1% and 13.3% respectively.

During the panel discussion, moderator Mrs. Hasmig Khoury probed questions to each panelist, touching on various aspects related to environmental sustainability and corporate responsibility.
